    • Minterprise – a branded mobile payments platform for corporates and financial institutions.  Minterprise is a ‘white label’ solution, meaning it can be customised and branded to new clients.  Mint supplies the mobile payments technology through which a customer such as a financial institution can brand and on-sell to their customers.  Both Mint and the financial institution will receive a fee for transactions.  An example customer is Bank of New Zealand

    • Mintegrate – a platform that allows customers to integrate mobile payments into their mobile applications.  Customers can then accept payments through Mastercard, Visa and Eftpos. Mintegrate targets developers building mobile applications for small to medium businesses, offering free Software Developer Kits (SDKs) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support Apple and Android credit and debit card transactions

    • Mint mPOS (Mobile Point of Sale) – a piece of hardware that turns a smartphone into an Eftpos machine, allowing customers to accept mobile payments.  Customers are charged monthly and transaction fees

    • Minternet – an online payment processing tool. Minternet allows customers to process payments from credit cards and bank account payments through the Internet. Minternet also provides administrative help with activities such as payment scheduling, reconciling and reporting


  • Mint was founded in 2005 and listed on the ASX in 2007


  • Mint’s customers are businesses requiring payment solutions, including small businesses, corporates and financial institutions


  • The company is headquartered in Sydney, with offices in Singapore and London

  • The company’s operations are predominantly in Asia-Pacific and the UK
